Introducing Girly

Hello my possible FFP's (forever family people)

I would like to introduce myself and tell you how much I love retired life and how I'm so looking forward to finding my forever family.
I'm having a GREYT time in my foster home but foster mom keeps reminding me that this is temporary and hopefully I'll find my forever home soon!

Let me tell you how much I'm loving retirement. I wasn't so sure at first but foster sis' Opal has been showing me the ropes and foster mom tells me, "it's not about the race, it's the journey that counts".

Well I'm pretty darn smart but FM can get a little overly philosophical for me. Opal my FS helps though. She says. "just chill and all the good things will come to you!"

So far I've been learning how to walk on a leash and I'm really getting the hang of it. I'm learning that meals are served twice a day without fail. Treats show up pretty much every time we come home from a walk and sometimes more often!

I'm the one with the antenna up!

I'm learning about all the great smells there are out in the neighborhood, not to mention other dogs, humans, cats, squirrels.

Right now I'm chilling after dinner but I'll get back to you soon!
