Fluff (Idontknowaboutyou) 3/23

Fluff here, just daydreaming about what my future family might be like. Also, if I can put in a request, I'd like a bigger bed so my head won't hang off...

Gym (Iwannaquitthegym): 3/18 - My New Modeling Career

It's Gym again! I wanted to tell you all that I'm coming out of retirement - but not to race! No, to MODEL!

My Signature Blue Steel *Look*

Jack (Misunderstood): 3/16 - Snuggles and Balls and Balls and Balls

What we have here is a failure to communicate. I blame it on Foster Mom. She blames it on that 'work and life imbalance' stuff. Either way, we are both very sorry for staying away so long. Please consider this sweety face shot as payment.

Lots happening around the foster home. I had a birthday and am officially a big boy. I have spent these last two years perfecting my stuffy savagery (on point, by the way) only to discover that it was all for naught. Balls. Balls are where it's at. Ever seen a pup entertain his self with a tennis ball in like 100 square feet of space for more than 20 minutes? Look no further. And look at that happy face. Do you have balls at your house? I'm coming over...

I also need to share that I am crushing retirement. I own the stairs. Wood floors? Piece of cake. I'm great on the leash, and I have gotten so good at 'Jack-Jack, no' and 'kennel up!' for treats and eats. I'm a good boy who just wants to learn everything. Promises!

And I don't mean to sound full of myself, but Foster Mom says my snuggles save her sanity. I think that's good...I just hope I'm not the reason her sanity needs saving (it's not!). I love to cuddle with anyone, any time, anywhere. Butt scratches, neck scratches, hugs and kisses, it's impossible to pick a favorite. I'll do best in a home where these are in steady supply, if you please, and thank you. Foster Dad knows where it's at with the scratches.

Want to know if we're right for each other? If you've made it this far, I think we are 😉 Just make sure you have tennis balls, comfy beds, cookies, and a burning desire to be my best friend. I'll take care of the rest.

One more, from my glamour shot session this afternoon. Eat your heart out.

Laters!
❤ Jack-Jack

Gym (Iwannaquitthegym): 3/16 - Ready for Adventure

Hi there! Gym here! Sorry I haven't posted in a while, I've been busy out adventuring with my foster family. I love long walks and I'm a perfect leash walker! Now I'm just looking for my forever adventure buddy!

Fluff (Idontknowaboutyou) 3/14

This weekend I met these fluffy little creatures called cats! They were kind of interesting, but I think they're too small to play with. I don't think I'd mind some as siblings though, especially if it means I get to play with all their little toys.

Fluff (Idontknowaboutyou) 3/9

Hi there! I'm just patiently waiting for my forever family, but I'm having fun in the meantime. This weekend, I went on a long walk at a park with my foster family. My foster parents said I walked perfectly on a leash the whole time. We saw all sorts of people and kids and other dogs, and I even met these strange creatures called "sheep" and "goats". I didn't really care for them, but they smelled super interesting. I even got to see a squirrel up close and personal, and I didn't lose my cool! My foster brother and I are getting along really well, he wants to play all the time but I'm happy just to lay on one of the many dog beds around and snooze the day away.

As soon as we got home, I slept for the rest of the day!

That's all for now. Hopefully I'll have my very own permanent family to go on walks with soon!

Jack (Misunderstood) - 3/4/2022 - Just waiting

Look at me wondering about a family of my own.

I'm patiently waiting for someone to take me home forever.

Are we meant to be??

Do I need to say more?

I'm ready ......

Hugs ~ Jack

Fluff (Idontknowaboutyou) 3/3

Fluff here again! I'm getting really good at this retired life thing! Pets are my favorite, and foster mom says I have the softest ears in the world. I'm getting so close to giving kisses too!

Running in the yard with my foster brother!

My favorite way to fall asleep is standing up with foster mom holding up my head!

Hopefully I'll have a forever home soon, and more people to pet me till I'm asleep on my feet 😴

Jack (Misunderstood) - 3/2/2022 - And Games ....

 Toys vs Games

Forgot to tell you yesterday that apparently there is a difference.

"Toys" are things I'm allowed to play with and can share them with my friends.

"Games" are things the 2-leggers play with and I'm not supposed to join in.

Guess walking the Candyland path myself doesn't count?

So, I have to just sit and watch sometimes.

Which is very, very boring ....

But I guess we all get a turn at playing.

And I am very patient so I will just wait my turn .... I guess *sigh*

Now, I'm just waiting my turn for a forever home .... so .....wanna play?

Hugs ~ Jack

Fluff (Idontknowaboutyou) 3/1

I've been in my foster home for 1 week now and I really think I'm starting to like this. I finally figured out what all these "toys" laying around are for, but I'm still trying to figure out how to hold them and chew at the same time. For now, I'll keep having foster mom hold them for me. I'm ready for forever home and hopefully I'll get to snuggle with my new family on a comfy sofa. I'm really like following my foster parents around the house, and when they had guests over, I stood right next to our guests the whole night and they kindly paid me more attention then their own dinner, so I count that as a win. I'm not at all pushy, and I'm perfectly content to lay by your side all day long if you'll let me.

Jack (Misunderstood) - 3/1/2022 - TOYS!!!!

I'm learning about toys .... things like "No Jack, that's not a toy, but this is"

I found an entire pile of "this is"

And when I get a "this is", it's amazing!

They make squeaky noises and crinkly sounds!

But you're not supposed to pull them apart, "that's not nice to the toys, Jack".  So, I try really hard not to and stop as soon as someone says:

"Jack-Jack, are you playing nicely with that?"

I'm trying to be a really good listener and so far so good!

I promise I'll try to do my bet listening to you if you bring me home!!

Hugs ~ Jack
