Misty (Mystery Street): 5/22 - A Day in the Life Photo Shoot

Hey y'all! Misty in the house!!! What doing? Me? I chill. Like dis. Hoping Foster Mom sticks a yummy treat on my tongue cus I'm sooooo cute!
Things are greyt in my foster home. FM is teaching me lots of nice manners, and I really want to make her happy. I mean, I LOVE playing with my furry foster sisters, but FM is my faves. She's working from home and always takes a break when I come in for snuggles. She just can't resist this face, and I know it.

Things are pretty fun around here. I have lots of fun doin the zoomies with mah girls outside, but inside it's all toys...all the time.

This is me with my beloved tennis ball. He didn't want to pose for this picture, but I told him that our forever family would want to know what he looked like too. He's frowning, but I promise, he's a good boy.

This is me trying to take a nap. FM says I will make myself comfortable anywhere...she's not wrong. I find that a roach next to my humans increases the likelihood for belly rubs like a gazillion percent. See, beauty AND brains.

Admittedly, I do have some interesting sleep poses. FM calls me a contortionist. I don't know what that is...I think it means I love peanut butter or smething...

I listen really good in the house. I like to check stuff out, of course, but I always do what FM tells me. She knows the rules, and I am learning so good stuff here. I like routines, especially because I always know when it's time for a cookie!

I know when it's close to bed time, and I like to snuggle with my toys one last time. I'll keep practicing my sweety eyes, and be thinking about my forever family.

Gosh, I hope they have tennis balls...

Kisses😙

Misty (Mystery Street): 5/2 - Keeping it Cute

Hey all, Misty here!

I know, I know, it's been a while. I'm just hanging here being all good and cute and learn-y while Foster Mom gets her new work-from-home act together. She has a bed just for me so I can watch over her while she's at work! I make sure I'm always posing and ready for a picture, should she so choose to take one.

I'm learning a lot here at my foster home. I'm a fearless chicky who just wants to be loved, and will do anything for snuggles...and Cheez Balls.

That's me on the left. See those eyes? Foster Mom says no one can resist...and I'm finding that she's right! I get really excited for treats, but Foster Mom says they taste even better when you 'wait'. I think she's a big liar, but I'm trying to indulge her. 'Wait' isn't too hard.

I've got skills aplenty at the homestead. Stairs are no problems, and I readily use them as I please. I go to my crate nicely for dinner, because that's my very own spot.
Did I mention I love snuggles?! My human foster brother loves to get on the floor and play with me. I go crazy for the squeaky toys, but occasionally take some time for belly rubs. HEAVEN!

I also love to go on walks with my foster sisters. I am so nice on the lead, because we'll see way more stuff that way! We get lots of smiles when we're out together...hard to see why... and it is a favorite part of my day! Me on the left with mah girls! They're so little haha!

Before I go, I wanted you to know that I love roaching on squishy beds...

Post-nail trim peanut butter...

And my foster sister's built-in butt pillow...

If you love these things like I do, we can talk about me moving in. Til next time! No more pictures, please.

Hugs and kisses!
Seriously, I LOVE KISSES!

Misty (Mystery Street): 3/29 - Don't you just LOVE ME?

So...I go by Misty, but will respond to absolutely anything because I LOVE RETIREMENT!

Okay, I know it looks like I lie around all day, but that couldn't be further from the truth. I am curious and excited at all times to see what I can eat, er...learn. Stairs are no problem. Leash walking is a piece of cake. Mmmm.....cake....

My favorite pastimes are walks, talking to the gorgeous houndie in the mirror, hugs and kisses (like, lots and lots of those...m'kay?), and eating. Foster Mom says I have the sweetest face and really know how to work it. I don't know, what do you think?

Seriously though, I do get up. I'm just so happy when I'm on my feet that Foster Mom just can't get a good picture. Maybe I'll hold still for her tomorrow...

Kisses!
