Bale: 5/10 - Hello again

Hello everyone,

I have just been chilling out here at my foster home.  My FM is teaching me lots of new things and we have a lot of fun.

I have always been real skinny and my FM was concerned that I had not gained weight since I came from the track.  I wanted to be "sleek and lean" but FM thought differently.  She switched (slowly) to a new food and I have put on some good weight and I look really good now.  But I was handsome before and I still am.
I still have a bear butt but my FM says that is a sweet butt and she likes to pat it.  (Weird FM!!!)

The weather has been very changeable here.  First it is hot and then it is cold.  Sometimes I have to put my nose under something to keep it warm.  Fortunately, there are lots of beds and comforters around to keep me warm when needed.
Even though I have big beds to lay on, I need to put my head on the floor.  I think this is a genetic thing.  We all do it.  Maybe the rush of blood to our heads makes us happy.

And sometimes there is just not enough room on one bed for my paw so I have to reach out and put it on another bed.  In this picture, you can see just how handsome I am.

Sometimes I just have to paws (pause) to give my FM some kisses.  I love giving and getting kisses.  Maybe I could give you some.
I have been playing a lot in the yard with my foster brother.  He is older so we run in an oval with me on the outside and him on the inside.  We both go in the house panting and smiling because we have had so much fun.  My FM likes to play with me too and I do lots of play bows for her.  I paw at her and sometimes do some flea bites on her head (soft bites with my tiny front teeth).  If I get too excited, she tells me "soft" and I stop.  It is hard not to get excited.  It is so much fun.

It is my nap time now.  I like to sleep about 22 hours a day.  The other two hours, I eat and pee and poop.  This is a greyt retirement.

If you think I might be a good addition to your home, get with the GEGR folks and they will hook us up.  I promise lots of kisses.

Bye for now.

Love from Bale
