Kim: 1/15 - My New World

It's been an incredible 24hrs already! I'm pretty dang laid back and the drive to the foster home was quite boring, so I slept just about the whole time (I did get up once to check in my driver ... she was fine)

And then once in the house, I met 2 other smaller dogs (definitely not greyhounds - they call them pitties) and they loved me! I was a little overwhelmed with all the warm welcomes but really took to following the "Mela" one around! And then there's these "cats" - geesh, such odd little creatures! They don't mind me, so I don't mind them. Instead, I settled right into the toasty bed before nighttime kennel.

And once it was kennel time for the night, I went right in and laid on that comfy bed and slept the entire night! It was a long trip so I needed a long sleep! Had another adventure today; but, it's dinner time so I'll post again later.
