Dozer’s Greyt retirement! - 2/17/2022

Hi! Dozer here! I love this thing they call “ Retirement “!

Here I am with my foster dog sister, Coco! She is so sweet… she lets me have the dog pillow!

It’s Valentine’s Day❤️! My foster fam said I couldn’t eat that delicious smelling chocolate bar… or I would get sick! I am very curious and like being in on all the action!!!

Oh there my foster mom goes again … taking  another cute pic of me snoozing 💤! I do this pretzel kind -of -hiding -my face thing when I am sleeping!

I am just loving retirement life and am ready to meet my forever family on Saturday!!

Love ,
Dozer

Rachel (Fancy Like)

Rachel has her roaching down pat.  She's really loving retirement!

Artie (RT Rtwodogto) 2/17/22 - I'm ready!

Hi everyone!  I'm excited about this weekend.   My foster parents say that I've learned so much over the past few weeks.  I'm good at the stairs, I'm good on the leash, and I'm good with my foster brother and sister, although I would be okay with being an only dog. I get along with my 13 year old human foster brother.

I love to get rubs and scratches from my foster parents. I am very food motivated too. I listen very well to corrections.  I like to "steal" things and take them back to my bed for safe keeping.  I'm a sweet, loving big boy. ❤
Me with my foster sister.

Sasha (Arroyo Sasha) 2/16/22 - Making Friends

Bwahahahaha! My foster brothers have succumbed to my charms! FoMa told me they don't like to share beds. That's just because they hadn't met me! I'm super-soft and snuggly, and who could resist this face? Today the dog bed, tomorrow the world!

Cuddles,

Sasha

Dozer’s loving retirement! 2/13/2022

Hi, it’s Dozer back again! I have to say I have had a terrific first week of retirement at my Foster family’s house!!

I went to the bus stop with my Foster Sister. We were the first ones there but then about 5-6 little kids arrived… and I loved it! I LOVED all the attention and petting I was getting- I didn’t want it to stop!! I was very polite and did not jump up on anyone… just my tail was wagging like crazy!! I wasn’t scared of new people, cars or buses going by. My foster mom and I then went on a walk. My foster mom said I did really good on the leash! It was so much fun exploring and all the new smells— my nose was going crazy!!

Me when my Foster mom is calling me!! I know my name!

Whew!! What a fun week!! My foster mom always manages to catch me snoozing💤 ! My afternoon naps!!

Until next time!
Love ❤️
Dozer

Finley (I Am Savage) 2/13/22 Walk in the Park!

This retirement thing is a walk in the park!  Literally!!!!!

I loved walking on the trails at the park!  There was so much to see, I am a sight hound after all!

And then we found a lake!!!!

The next day I had an appointment at the Vet to get a couple shots that I still needed.  I was a little nervous at first but foster mom said that I did great and was a very good girl, so she took me to another cool place for walk! Who knew there was soooo much water in the world!!!  And birds!!!

Oh, we do bunches of other stuff besides walking which I love!  (Have I mentioned that I really love walking with my hooman?)  For instance, here I am helping foster mom cook!

I love playing and hanging out with squeaky toys!

Silly me!!!!  Look foster mom!  I'm a roach!

And finding cozy places to take a wee snooze!  I am especially good at this!

Gym 1/12/22 - Morning walk and glamor shots

This morning Gym came along on a morning walk with a couple from the household pack.  He did great.  Everyone is happily napping off the morning adventure now.  We did manage to grab some really great photos of Gym to show off some of his stellar good looks.

His coat was so shiny in the sun.

Really, he is super stunning.

Those eyes are dreamy.

He has no bad side.

We also had another really special "first" today.  After breakfast Gym came running over and gave me a face full of gentle kisses.  He was just so happy and tail wagging the entire time.  He has been very affectionate but kisses were a first.
