Woody (CBJ Woody): 5/8 - Sunshine

Hi everyone, it’s Woody here! I’ve really settled in to my routine recently, and absolutely love spending time with my foster parents. In fact, they say that I stick so close that I’m like glue! My forever home better be ready for attention overload.

At first I wasn’t too sure about going for walks, but now I absolutely love them. I don’t need to go far, but I enjoy taking in all the sights, sounds and sniffs. Especially when the weather is so nice!

I’m a very happy hound too, and love to wag my tail all over the place. I guess the world isn’t made for greyhound tail wags, because I keep hitting it on things like chairs, plants, and my beagle foster sister!

At the moment I really don’t like to be left alone, and definitely need to work on that. If my foster parents are out of sight, even for a few minutes, I’m not too happy about it. Also, I’ve heard that some greyhounds can do stairs, but not me, not yet. I’ll work it out eventually, but I think it’s hard because I’m so tall!
