Mandy here with more Tails from Retirement. I've been continuing to do really well in my foster home. I've got this whole retirement thing down. After eight years of a full (and quite successful) career and motherhood, I'm more than ready to live the good life. I've been spending most days relaxing and lounging around the house and backyard with my foster brother. The best part of the day is sunbathing! Here, take a look:

This past weekend, my foster parents took me out to meet some of my fellow greyhound retirees. It was called a "play date" and I had a lot of fun. There was a huge yard to run around, sand to dig, a pool to cool off in, and friends to chase! I may be "older" but don't let that fool you. I have no problem keeping up and was out running with the younger pups from the minute we got there all the way to when we had to go home. Like I've said before, I take retirement very seriously and don't waste a minute of it! Here are some photos of me having a blast with my new friends:
