Imark Calera: 10/9 - Saying Hello!

Hey there world, I'm Calera! The foster family just calls me Cali though and that's fine with me. They say I should tell you a little about myself so here goes....  I'm a young lady, just two years old but foster mom says she would never have guessed how young I am based on my excellent behavior! Here's a picture to show you how pretty I am.

I enjoy soft squeaky toys, treats, ear rubs, squirrel watching, and naps. There are three other hounds in my foster home and I get along very well with all of them. One is young like me and we like to play keep away games with the toys. I respect my elders- see me letting the grumpy old man have quiet and the better bed? I'm such a sweet girl!

I'm only beginning this retired and being a house pet thing but I'm a quick learner. Foster mom says I'm already an expert at roaching! I practice every night and sometimes during afternoon naps too. Practice makes perfect ya know!

Another thing I'm really good at is hugs. This is me hugging the resident teenager. I like her a lot and she says I give the best hugs.

Well forever family, I know you are out there and I hope to meet you soon. I also hope you hand out lots of treats and enjoy good hound hugs! XOXOXO  Cali
